  • The program is 4 months long.

    You’ll start with an Initial Movement Assessment, then bi-weekly follow-ups—all via Zoom.

    Plus you’ll have access to contact me at any time between sessions through in-app messaging.

  • You’ll complete a full movement assessment and upload videos of yourself performing different movements, tests, and screens.

    Your coach will use all of the info from your consult, movement assessment, and application to build a customized program just for YOU.

    Each week, I'll check in with you through the app to evaluate your progress toward your goals.

    We'll check in via video chat on a bi-weekly basis. We will use this time to discuss ways to move the needle on your pain and return to the activities you love.

    You’ll have all the tools to finally feel confident in your body’s ability and excited to live life without pain.

    All of your exercises will be programmed and tracked through an app.

This program is not meant as a substitute for physical therapy treatment or medical management by a doctor.

    During our consult, I’ll listen as you tell me what’s going on, how it’s impacting your life, and what you’re looking for in a coach, so I can build the best program for you.

    We’ll get to know each other, answer ALL of your questions and schedule your initial movement assessment.

    You’ll be invited to extend your 1-on-1 Coaching as a monthly membership at a reduced rate
